In April of 2013, Darren and Marsha Gillespie set out to make high-quality mental health services accessible in Eagle Mountain, Utah. What began as a small private practice in Prairie Gateway Office Park has now grown into a thriving center for mental wellness, supporting not just their clients but also other mental health professionals and local businesses.

Through dedication, expertise, and a deep commitment to their community, Darren and Marsha expanded Eagle Mountain Counseling into a state-of-the-art facility that now houses 27 clinicians and multiple businesses—a true testament to how family businesses can scale, create jobs, and make a lasting impact when given the right tools and opportunities.
